Returns & Exchanges

At Token Jewelry, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original gift box and place it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
